Works as it should. i tried this with my own ir torch on top and it is impressive showing fox sized targets a good 300 yards up the fields. Dunno range using the supplied torch. rubber grommet for charge port missing.I reckon manufacturer would send another out if they were contacted.I bought it for foxing and ive nailed 3 thus far but i need the cash right now for another bit of kit for the roe so its up for sale.ive included a flip up lens cover i find handy £200 ono
