Tube a lenses in great condition. It's Zeiss quality and the T* was their top glass.

Not sure of age, I bought it second hand about 6 years ago.

I'll do some research and see what I can find out for you.

I've included some additional pictures of when I received it.

Update, a quick Google search suggests production started in the 1990s, so probably about 30 ish years old.

Very bright and great in low light. Lovely stalking scope.
 
Age doesn’t bother these high quality scopes because they were built to last 👍, I’m surprised it’s still there at that money . ATB
 
I have the same scope on my 243 they are fantastic at dusk clear image when other scopes can see nothing.
I bought one new 25+ years ago. Also had a S&B same spec, which was also a quality bit of kit. The Zeiss had much better light transmission though. Only sold it as old eyes needed greater magnification and confidently sold it to a close friend. Looked through it a few weeks ago, on his set up, and it is still better than some of the new stuff about and holds its own against some very expensive glass on the market today.
