Zeiss Diatal -ZA 4 x 32 Scope 26 mm very clear and clean lenses some marks from previous rings a photo (also have a set Apel swing off available to fit bases are for 90 mauser Heym SR 20 etc ) also fitted witt Butler Creeks £99

listed on ebay at £199 so presumably that's the buy it now price.

not a bad price for that lovely scope, although the previous mounting damage is superficially severe. I had one like that re-tubed a few years ago, now it's beautiful again, but it was £350 to get re-tubed. they don't do that anymore of course on these old scopes, but if the scope spacing is the same for the new owner, the damage will be invisible, so that's really the solution here IMHO

Rules on this forum requires you too state the price you need too state the price not redirect too eBay, if this sale was more clear I may be tempted nice scope

Trade members don’t have to state a price.

The seller hasn’t redirected to eBay, someone wise as had to, poor show and you are right to be out off.

But probably not a trade sale as on eBay it’s listed as a personal sale/non business. So presumably it’s a trade seller selling personal belongings, as if sold via eBay, no consumer protection applies and is off the books

Doesn’t take much too add a sale price does it avoids all the confusion and probably get a quicker sale don’t you think 🤔
