Zeiss DTC thoughts? DTC 4/50?

The Zeiss dealer who supplied the DTC 4/50 now has it back in his possession, He is checking it over to see if it’s at fault. Zeiss actually got back in touch albeit a bit late as the unit was in to post. Bottom line, if after following their instructions that failed, put the unit back to factory settings. Will just have to see what the Zeiss dealer comes up with.

The DTC 4 is being sent on to the Zeiss repair centre to get checked over to see what the WiFi connection problem is. Hopefully it’s gets sorted sharpish

I have Zeiss Dtc 3. I updated the latest firmware version 23041909 via Zeiss Hunting App. After completed, I can not open it again. Now, it is completely dark, not working. Battery ia full by the way.

How can I fix it? Is it possible to make reboot/factory reset with using buttons or connecting with cable to the computer?

Please help me.
