What you have is a fine scope from its period in time…. It’s not a V4 as we know them today. It’s a diavari z but you knew that. It has few of the features now sought after other than a good solid performer. In reality it’s worth about £400 if you can find someone for it.
It looks on the last picture that it is with the old rail (prism) mounting system that was used with claw mounts. If a buyer has the claw mounts the scope can be fitted easily usually with a few new holes drilled in the rail to match eye relief. Plus it is before Zeiss went over to the blue logo so around 1990 era perhaps. They do have very good optics, what reticule has it?
