Better batt life, better IR, more adjustment to screen brightness and menu easier to navigate..
I have both, for me V2 is larger battery and better layer out controls. Image quality is negligible between the two in my opinion I believe slightly newer components make the image appear crisper but it’s very minor if anything as they both have the same sensors etc the V2 is jus newer versions if that makes sense
