This is an excellent knife for running along the inside of the legs and neck to make skinning easier and more hygienic.
If you want to carry it with you in the field it will ofcourse also be great when opening the belly for the gralloch.

It is a miniature "Tripe knife", moonraker knives, or as in the earlier post, monarch. Great for the secondary use of skinning against bone/hocks as well as gutting etc.
