So then guys this product has serious ability to change the market landscape based on it's price. I'm well aware the sensor quality isn't as good as some of the pricier models but it's now 'affordable' for the hobbyist hunter.

Has anyone used one in the field yet for rabbits or foxing who would be able to give an honest review.

Agree with your sentiment completely. Support your local to prevent its closure and then you will still have enough cash to buy one when Aldi starts to sell them at a really good price. Technology marches on and it probably means units like this will become ever more inexpensive but by then they will have already thought of the next MUST HAVE to keep the cash rolling in.
