Very very nice

ye but - does it have inter changeable barrels and bolt heads, separate plastic or spectacular wood stocks, a slick bipod system and QD guaranteed to zero scope mount or rails As standard add ons. Ha ha :-D Perhaps not - but still very nice piece of kit for the money. :tiphat:

but does it need all that ?

stuff has been shot for centuries with traditional turn bolts............

Looks very nice. Are you going to buy one? €2000 is not to expensive.
It isn't expensive for what it is, those who have them say the wood stocks are fantastic quality and they are working on alternative stocks. As far as I know, the company was formed by two ex Sauer Staff. One design engineer and a marketing chap. It will take some time until several versions are on the market but those who have one are raving about them. Barrels are Lothar Walther.
Long discussion on a German forum about these. https://forum.wildundhund.de/showthread.php?112031-Steel-Action-HS
Must have some guts to start a new company building rifles nowadays, I pull my hat.

I'm just cross I missed the 400th post so I'm aiming for the 500th now !

Ah! in that case, if you are going to be around for another hundred posts, have I got time to pick you up on your "meaningless to me" statement (as opposed to meaningless for me)?

The amount of time you put in following Blaser threads obviously they do mean a lot to you, even if they hold no advantage or are inappropriate for your shooting needs! :)

Damn!! I missed it too....I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for those meddling kids!!!
90 to go Tack !!

I spend time on land rover posts to , for the same reasons lol

what a pointless waste of 43 pages on a forum

just buy whatever you want
I have killed deer with sako tikka remi steyr blaser and sauer

my choice is sauer 202 in 6.5x55 and spare 30-06 barrel

try a few things out and buy what you shoot well with

just remember if you have confidence in a gun you will naturally shoot better with it

I suppose you could say that about any thread on any Forum...Or as pointless a waste of time as going down the pub and chatting with your mates about football or anything else.

I do agree with you about confidence in your equipment.

Just a load of arm chair shooters talking **** just go out with what ever gun you have and be at one with nature thank you

I can relate to that but for those moments when one can't its nice to let off a little steam and even post something that makes one or two SD member's smile?

Point taken though and for the record I'm not Sauered by your view!

It just makes me smile the amount of stalker I have took out with all the gear and now idea

It also amazes me those people who have no gear like binos, or decent socks that shoot nothing time after time are the first back to the car and complain the person with the blaser for some reason always seems to see something and return with a full game bag.
