It’s down to disk speed, our virtual server shares with other customers on Memset’s physical server, that’s why it’s random when it happens. I’m talking to Memset to find out what the best route will be!

Alex has got it in hand, we are going to upgrade to a new server Alex will notify everyone when it will happen, it may involve some down time. So please be patient it will get fixed but it is not a matter of just flicking a switch, head scratching is involved.
