Does anyone know if there is a Large Game meat hygiene course being run anywhere near Suffolk in the near future?

Sauer., i thought large game covered u for small game too??
I’m hearing different .......
Small game for example I’m told needs to be kept 4c and lower ...where as large game deer 7c lower ideally.
But I’m only hearing from others so not sure if 100% right .?
Paul
Thanks...
I get we all need to stay abreast of current regs but it is so frustrating that having been stalking for 25 years, qualified with the NSCC and the DSC1, I now have to do another course just to be entitled to register to do the DSC2.
Then to rub salt in the wound I can’t find anyone running the course![]()
If you have your DSC1 why are you being asked to do the large game hygiene certificate, as its normally included in your DSC1. or did you do it before it was included

Have a word with Jim Goodlad at Elmwood college in Cupar - they should run one.I am in the same boat as BigPat - did my DSC level one years ago and then didn't upgrade by spending the £15 or so. Now cannot find a meat hygiene course anywhere in Scotland.
unfortunately, yes I did my NSCC in 1995 and the DSC1 in 2002 so both before 2006.
