I do know they are still changing vehicles and the old ones will be offered publicly somewhere

If it is specifically Ford Ranger pick-ups you are after, I think they switched to another make a few years back so by now all their Ford Rangers will have finished their service life and been disposed of.

A lot are leased. If its Black Horse or Arnold Clarke, etc you can see them listed in the BCA car auctions. They sometimes list a day for a Black Horse fleet etc on their Web site which you can view the vehicles listed online before going up.

Still a lot of Rangers being used still. Most are newish so won’t be up for sale for a few years yet

Picked a mint ex forestry Ranger up from Perth Commercials beginning of last year, was an ex gaffers motor, so it had lived an easy low mileage life, don't think vehicle had ever seen a deer in its life till it met me.

Rads in Perth sells them he usually has a few in have a search on eBay for them,only downside is majority of his trucks are plus vat

Vehicles in Scotland were all wrapped in the year or so prior to the change from FC to Forestry and Land Scotland, so that could be easily rebranded. I think this practice is going to be continued due to the resale reasons mentioned.

I bought an ex commercial hilux from Perth Commercials and found them very good to deal with. Low mileage and as a good a price as I could find anywhere. Very clean inside and out. I would recommend giving them a shout. I think he did have a Ranger when I was up there but that was April!
