No. Chainsaw carving, one-offs, by skilled artists, are amazing bits of unique work. Particularly if you have some kind of link with it, like it was a tree off your land.
However, when I see a trade stand run by someone who's probably never handled a chainsaw in his life, selling what are clearly mass produced identical carved items bought in from goodness knows where, I think that what ought to be art is reduced to commercialised tat.

(And the concrete pig is just gross! What sort of person sticks something like that on their gateposts???)
