‘Crowd funded’ judicial review?

It is a grand idea Mike but can all of the police divisions be lumped together as a group action or does each one have to be taken to court separately? With 43 divisions in England and Wales alone if each review, including insurance against having to pay the defendants costs, was to amount to say 20k we would have to raise £860,000

This may be the case, although I guess we need some legal advice for I tell us....

However, pretty sure once a JR forces one police area to obey the HO guidance the others would likely fall into line.....

Once we are in a position to say something meaningful we will come back for the cash. There is a small group pursuing this and a larger group keeping tabs.
We dont want what we are doing to become general knowledge yet but soon someone will pass on any relevant news. Fingers crossed.
