I'm currently in the process of buying a new quad bike. It will predominantly be used for forestry work, pesticide spraying and transporting equipment around sites.
My Son and I will also use it recreationally at the weekends.
I've viewed all the main manufacturers but when it comes to the crunch the two outstanding options from a purely financial standpoint are Polaris (Sportsman 570 agripro) and the Can-am (Outlander 570).
The warranty on both are excellent. . Polaris 2 year full parts and labor. The Can-am 5 years.
Have any of the SD membership actually owned any of these brands and can comment on their build quality, reliability, performance, dealer backup etc.
Being as thrifty as I am I'm keen to save a pound, but don't want to buy a machine which will be unreliable and worth buttons come trade in time.
