I’m organising some roost shooting for pigeons and vermin with some friends if any SD members would like to join us. Based near Bodmin, Cornwall.
Shot gun, licence and insurance required.
£5 per gun with the funds going towards a grey partridge project

Weathers looking favourable for Saturday, with a bit of wind to keep the birds up. I still have room for a couple more guns, if anyone else is keen

Some challenging shooting, not a huge bag as the birds were high and fast.
Ended up with 54 pigeons 1 squirrel and 5 corvids for 413 shots

Worth the trip then, to my own gun I’ve been managing twos and threes with a single red letter day of ..... four!
Very quiet in my part of SE Cornwall.
