I did nt ask, but they showed me 6 different guns all for the same Austrian buyer. Total value was 7 figures.

the universe rifle was truly stunning with plantets and stars on the locks as welll.

Just for interest sake, I inquired with some Austrian manufacturers. New rifles from the particular manufacturer start at £62 500. Quite breathtaking!

I have a combination built by Hambrusch albeit its from 1974. But Zimmerman built me an Einstecklauf a couple of years ago.

Hello everyone I know I’m a bit late coming into the tab but I bought last year a 9.3 74r double rifle made by Fausti and it’s got a set of 20 bore barrels as well haven’t had chance to test it in rifle mode but in shotgun it’s shoots very well I always wanted a double but I could never justify getting one after 44 years I now own this beautiful looking gun I visited the factory 5 years ago and was very impressed with there products that I ordered a. 28 bore side by side and wow 14 months later it arrived just love the Italian artistry’s touch as well as fit and finish most guns are built by cnc machines and finished by hand last stroke of the file touch if you haven’t bought one yet I strongly advise you to have a look at Fausti and if your in the lakes give me a shout on here and I’ll show you the double hell if it’s not raining I’ll let you shoot it

Sounds like a really fun project. You are pretty much for any hunting trip from quail, snipe upwards to Buffalo and Elephants- yes 9.3x74R work and are legal on big game. Perhaps not charge stoppers in the same same vein as a 470 Nitro Express, but if you take your time and pick the correct bullet and shot placement they work very well.

I believe Waffen Zimmermann are now permanently closed. Sad.
