Thread and reactions to it vanished

There was a thread ‚New Scope‘ in the Equipments section up until this morning (not mine).
I cannot find it any longer. Also my posts and reactions I have received are no longer there.
I don‘t think there was anything offensive in it. So I‘m wondering....

No, too many people of late are just ignoring the introduction rule. The rules are there for everybody, he has no one to blame but himself.

100% John. The amount that are joining and not even bothering to read the intro rules and then attempting to post or advertise to sell or contact a seller is ****ing me OFF.
Frankly if they cant be asked to do a simple task which is highlighted when they join they can jog on. The amount of trolls and scammers trying to join from India and china each week is also another issue. Most I have nailed on the spot.
If people want to enjoy the site and make friends and trade then its simple, follow the rules and then there is NO issue. Ignore them, dont expect to hang around too long.

Probably a bit too time consuming for Admin, but a bit of a fix might be the way some groups validate before letting you join, if it was possible to automate it partially? Or having to enter membership of the site through intro's only??

There is always a choice with fora (I have been on some for a looooong time)either abide by the rules or leave........or start your own.
