Charging 12v 12ah batteries

I have a standard 12/24v plug in car battery charger that does normal and boost charging, will this be okay to charge a 12v 12ah battery for a pigeon flapper or will it be too much?

I charge all mine from 7>21 amp with a 40amp car charger I have had for 20 years.

As yet not seen one to work off a c plug so wild guess mains 240 v!!

Normally ok on normal charge. The meter should show how many Amp's are going, in if its up to 4amps your all good. Just do it in a well ventilated area on a hard surface if poss. Remove the filler cap's if removesble type when charging check water covers plates & leave off until finished.
