Got my Covid jab yesterday ,today I feel like death warmed up.
Pounding headache, sore throat, glands in my neck all swollen, sore neck and teeth, every muscle and joint sore, cold can't get warm
three layers and the heating turned up full still trembling, sick.
Feeling like sh@t going to take myself off to bed to much of an effort to even reply to a private message I received , will get round to
it when I feel a bit better.

Had mine too two days ago but just a slightly sore arm so luckier than you. Best wishes for a quick recovery mate, it'll be worth it.

Did you get tested beforehand? You might have already had it, and the jab made it worse.
I had 6 negative tests last year, but none recently. I get my jab tomorrow.

My wife and I had ours last week (Oxford) both OK not even a sore arm, a mate had his a few days before (Pfizer) he is fine also just slightly sore.
Maybe it's a just Scottish thing ;)

As has already been said it sounds like you are having a stronger reaction than most others. Before you go to bed tell your family exactly how you feel and check with 111 just to be on the safe side.
Hope you have a speedy recovery mate!

My wife had a similar reaction to yours , she is a senior nurse working on a covid ward , they think if you have previously had COVID you are more likely to react like this .

Short term pain for long term gain boggie.
Sure it wasn’t that celebratory bottle of malt the night before though?
Hope you are back on the bright side soon. 👍

Sorry to hear you've had a bad reaction Boggie. Wifey and I both had ours Sunday, slightly uncomfortable arm but OK after a day. We had the Pfizer. Get well soon.

You don’t suffer from being anaphylactic do you ? as l know they ask that particular question before giving the jab.

l do hope your feeling better very soon, and has been said ring your family and contact 111 if you don’t feel good.

Get well soon and keep safe, best regards.

Keep us informed please.
