How cool is this!?!

Great idea - you won't regret it. I bought something similar 8 years, but designed primarily for use with Game birds. Mine was more of a processing unit, room for plucking machine and all other sundries etc... I didn't have a chiller on mine as i always had use of estates. But it did have its own generator and water tank. It could be ran as a self contained unit. I ran a successful business out of it over the past 7 years and on the back of its success have been able to go on and run my own butchers shop. Definitely worth the investment.
I am now looking to sell mine, in the hope that somebody else can benefit from it.
Good luck with your one.

With butchered fallow carcasses bringing in a minimum of £360 each (+ £130 for the skin) it will be well worthwhile with a throughput of as little as 20 animals per year. I'll be culling that many from my own park herd on an annual basis from next year, and wild deer will probably add the same again.
I got 50% grant funding towards the major parts of the expenditure.
Could you please tell me where your selling your skins please.
