Any recommendations for 1-1 lab training?

I usually make not to bad a job of half training my dogs before I start working them but would like to try to get my current pups a bit better. Therefore thinking of a bit of direction and motivation may be in order.

Highly likely too busy. The bloke is at the very top of his game and likey to be spending is time trialing or working his own dogs.

I imagine most will be fairly busy competeing with there dogs at the moment.

Is father billy still doing any 1-1? Been quite a few years since i've seen him, he'll still be busy but not as busy as billy jnr.

U could also try davy lisset at buccluech.

I see ur killie based is there not quite a few lab boys in about cumnock type areas? I know i've picked up with a few from that area
Be a few decent 1's up throu the central belt or lanarkshire too

I know its a lab but a few decent spaniel trainers down sw, could easily give u heaps of decent advice, andy platt at nith valley or martin smee from up loch ken.

Might be worth checking out the galloway gundogs website, be the wrong time of year for them to be active but do running training days throu summer ( often billy or dick sorely as trainers for the labs) as well as comps, they could also put u in touch with other local trainers.
Must admit been a while since i've done much with them, but used to be very good and very active
