Cant load pics in a message!

Getting this form when trying to send a message without the attach files option - anyone know why, please? I'm trying to send a pic of a knife I need some work on.

Shut down the browser and start up again? I have that http:// link tab and the local drive icon tab when I click on the image icon.

It's on purpose. Either put them in the main thread or ask for their email.
