Right if I can’t buy a ineos grenadier then I’m going to buy some new boots, anyone have a pair crispi boots just wondering what the sizeing is like I’m a uk 9 normally but my local stockist only has a size 10 in stock so I tried them on and they seemed o.k but wanted to try a uk9 to see if they are a better fit.
do they run true to size or are they a bit small
cheers

I’m guessing nobody on here has got crispi boots so I’ve ordered a pair or 2 from Ardmoor as I got a 15% off code so will see how they work out when they turn up.

Just seen this post...... im an 8 in general and tried both an 8 and a 9... I went for the 8 as thick socks are not needed and the ABS (ankle bone support) works better when it actually grips the ankle.

Good to hear that as I’m a 9 so ordered a 9 as don’t wear really thick socks, just waiting for them to turn up.
so like a kid at Christmas.

About to order a pair of these myself. Did the sizing end up being as you expected?

I’ll let you know when they turn up, still waiting which is a bit of a sore point as checked the Website and rang and checked they were in stock but yet still not turned up.

Apparently there is no size uk9 anywhere, it’s the hunter gtx I’m after but there Not expecting any soon

In stock.Ardmors are a waste of time only interested in holding onto your money. That’s why they offer stock at at good discounts
I could say if you pay me £200 I will get you a pair if you pay me then weeks and months go by oh sorry I am struggling to get them

Just checked slack and son but uk9 is out of stock.
guess I’ll just hang on but will try some other boots in between time
cheers

Ah yeah that's a shame, I did wonder if they might be narrow, as per most Italian made boots. Cheers
Yeah having wide feet wouldn’t be not very comfortable I don’t think, the guy running the stand was also telling me that the boot will give up before the gaiter bit which concerns me slightly for a boot over £400 …

Well they finally turned up yesterday so put a ser of super feet insoles in and popped them on and went to work, all I can say is they are true to size and ideal for a medium width foot and they are like a bl00dy pair of slippers.
love em I do absolutely love em. Super comfy great sole not too hard and a good height.
I don’t need breaking in.
got a low pair also as I got tempted with the 15% discount that I’m going to wear as a casual shoe and might even get another pair for work.
so if your thinking of trying crispi boots then I say go ahead Give em a whirl.
