I have been sending them emails for 3 days to amend a ticket, there is no way to call a help desk so my money is probably lost. Buyer beware, be warned.
Visa debit sadly. I have now rebooked it through Irish Ferries on a direct phone line she said to forget these internet scammers as not being worth the hassle.
you can claim back if done on a debit card, albeit the criteria to get it refunded is sometimes harder. in this instance it seems like your only chance would be if they didnt provide the service i.e. you got no tickets sent through so were unable to use them and would have to wait for the date of travel to pass
