Absolutely right, it's in my box of occasionally used items, along with the stuck case remover, Lee Enfield bolt disassembly tool, OAL measurement tool et al. Personally I use an RCBS collet puller die to keep things safe rather than take any risk of an over pressure round going though my rifle.

A bullet is like, 25p. A bullet puller + collet is like, 60 quid.
