I have several powder measures , Redding , Forrester, RCBS and a couple of years ago I bought the Lee Deluxe. Loaded some 6.5 Creed's last week and threw charges ( 41grs) of N203B ( Reloader 15) rather than dumping them in the scale and trickling up to the required weight . I then weighed the charges and the max variation was 0.2 grains. I thought this was very good for an inexpensive measure . Not completely scientific but if you want a reasonably priced measure that is very repeatable this is pretty good one and very easy to adjust.Lee Perfect Powder Measure 1.webp

I have 2 and cannot fault them for the money. Mind you a Lee Zero error loader and a dipper was my starting point and I turned some good stuff out with that.

They are very good, I don't weigh and trickle each charge amd just thrown them directly into the primed case before seating a bullet.

Do weigh to check charge weight first time round, although I subscribe to the theory that a correct powder should fill to just above the neck shoulder junction of a bottleneck case.

I've got the even cheaper plastic Perfect Powder Measure, and although after I bought it I wished I'd bought the deluxe one, once I started using it and discovered it also throws to within 0.2gr I was very happy with it. I only use it with Viht powders which it apparently measures very well and for £33 I think it's excellent.

I acquired the selfsame measure in a "pot luck" $50 box of reloading stuff (which also contained a Lee scale, Challenger press and an old RCBS powder trickler). It was BNIB, and has been 100% satisfactory. Easily throwing within 0.2 grains with both Unique and BA9. I generally cycle it 5-7 times at the start of a reloading session to confirm it's primed with powder all the way through, and I weigh the first couple of charges after that "to make sure". So far I haven't had to readjust except when switching powder.
