Barnes 80gr TTSX in 243. No accuracy issues out to 200 yards.

Often little reaction to a heart/lung shot and flop after 50 yards, rather than on the spot with 100gr lead. Can think of three occasions when I actually thought I’d missed due to no reaction, only for the animal to collapse as I readied for a second shot.

Found that they tend to pencil through, generally being neater internally on the rib cage exit, however causing significantly more blood pooling between the fur and membrane on the opposite side.

They work, but don’t think they are half as efficient as a lead equivalent.

A lot of people complain about bullets having never shot them. I suggest people comment on bullets they have shot not on ones they are told are good or bad…..
In non toxic I have shot Barnes ttsx Peregrine and Yew tree tlr in .308 and .264. In terms of accuracy and terminal performance I have found Yew tree the best by quite along way.

Exactly my results - have got a Teckel now so less concern but very different to my previous Nosler BTs In .243!

Barnes TTSX and LRX in 6.5mm and 7mm - Good with TV over 2400fps, they tend to run a bit too far for my liking with TV below 2400fps. Carcass damage very reasonable unless TV over 3000fps in which case bloodshot shoulders.
Yew Tree Standard - Very effective killers inside 200m but BC poor and too much velocity and energy is lost over 200m. Very reasonable carcass damage at all velocities.
Yew Tree TLR - fantastic bullet - using in 6mm, 6.5mm and 7mm. Kills like a premium bonded lead. Very good BC so work out to distances you wouldn't consider shooting at. My go to bullets.
Peregrine - only used it in 338 on Boar and found it too hard - not fast killing unless CNS/Spine shot - lung shot caused little damage and slow killing.
GMX - s@@t - too hard, too slow killing - long runners.

127 lrx in 6.5. Easy to load for and accuate. If you pin shoulders DRT bang flops. Very little wastage even when hitting shoulder bone or spine. Eat right up to the hole.

Yew Tree in my 6.5x55 Tikka T3 Lite. 114gr TLR. 2830fps. Muntjac, Roe, Fallow, Feral goat. Only had 2 run but less than 40 yards, lung shot.
All shot between 40 yards and 250 yards. Definitely less meat damage than 120gr Nosler BT or 130gr Nosler AB. All exited. Consistently less than .5 MOA grouping on gongs out to 400 yards off my bonnet using a bipod. They beat Fox, Barnes and Sako by a country mile.
