Mrs Slder and I had matching gold bands modeled after the One Ring from the Lord of the Rings films.

Lost mine the other day, suspect I puuled it off with latex gloves after a gralloch - I'm not in the good books!

yes, but it was a few days ago in 10 year old spruce that is now under 6" snow, suspect I would struggle to even find the spot!

I never had a wedding ring as such but we bought these together about 20 years ago.

Try and replace it! I lost mine when I had covid, I lost so much weight while I was ill, it fell off my hand. I think it went in the bin.

To replace it with the same again is like £1000. It only cost about £300 4 years ago.

If you know roughly where you lost it you can keep going back to that area to look for it, it's not going anywhere.
