Some are craftsmen, others are just tinkerers and welders lol.
The construction side of things is just fine but nothing amazing its all simple enough stuff - The design is brilliant though ! Be very surprised if the design and the maker where the same person

I did a lot of steel fabrication/welding in a past life and I would disagree that it is simple,its above that.
1 The design
2 the work.
Some people can weld,some can spread cocky schitt!
Is it an optical illusion? Can't tell if it's a flat gate or not.

Note the gate on left and check its bottom rail, that gate is slightly open.
I also own a company making this sort of stuff . Unless the brief was all forge welded and there was just the artist drawings (often involving fantasy construction ideas ) its not that hard to do . Welding " actually fastening stuff together on a good bench on the flat " with modern welding plants that will trim themselves or even take job cards? Not hard tbf! Welding positionally in less than ideal conditions to a high standard with TIG or MMA is a very real skill though and no disrespect to those guys who make their living that way
Whatever though the design of that gate even in a concept is something of a very high level,
