Did you pay by credit card?
If so, get in touch with your bank and organise a chargeback.
If you paid via PayPal you should be able to do something similar.
Unfortunately if the payment was made by debit card you might be out of luck, mileage may vary depending who your account is with.

After seeing the trustpilot link going to acratech.net rather than acratechdrones.co.uk and the reviews being for space city drones I've asked to cancel my orders and have a refund. Will be speaking to my credit card company in the morning. Thanks all on here for the heads up.
Just got a DJI Mini 2. Not specifically for deer scouting but may give it a go on my ground. First flight was a bit testing but got myself and the drone back under control and home safe.

You can't just register a company at companies house and use the same reg no of a previous company, that number is given to the company by companies house. Dronescend was set up in 2018 DRONESCEND LTD people - Find and update company information - GOV.UK . What was the name of the person you got in touch with?
I fear so having just done a search on the company web details - registration was only on 18th Mar. That said, I have received 3 emails from them including a tracking number that links to a genuine FedEx site saying the order is in transit from CZ and delivery will be on the 29th - it’s is currently in Germany. I’m on holiday overseas with limited connectivity and bought mine on the spur of the moment - too much sun and wine. In the UK, I’d have dug much deeperCould be a scam
My statement says the payment is via a Web “handler” company called Mollie and the seller is *666COVERS. Given I’m away to Monday I’ll let it run given I am getting updates from FedEx. If it doesn’t show on the 29th or other info becomes available I’ll report back.I’m now kicking myself- the old maxim that “if it looks too good to be true, it probably is” is ringing loudly in my ears too late.

I think the acratechdrones.co.uk site has appropriated the address Dronescend Ltd use so that a Companies House search shows there is a drone related business using that address. I doubt they have anything to do with that address in reality.

Quite possibly, there's clearly something fishy going on but Pendle's OP suggests that the "original owner" shut the company down 10 years ago and dronescend was only set up in 2018 and is classed as 'active'. Hence my question.

Not sure what you are asking @angusb1. I can see that it’s a genuine FedEx website and it’s sending me through email updates. It has my correct delivery address but the odd things is is says delivery will be on the 29th yet it arrived in Dartford today. The consignment originated in Chraztany CZ but there no precise address details nor does it say who the sender is - see attached.
FLS will not allow ANY Drones over their land for the purpose of counting/observing deer.
Cheers I was just wondering if there were details of the destination address. I haven't got any tracking details for mine yet so couldn't tell. I thought they might have given you details of some other delivery and seeing the destination address would have confirmed whether it was genuine or not
Destination address on their “invoice” email and that on the FedEx site are mine and are correct. Wondering how in my mind if this is a scam how they can hoodwink FedEx
Sadly, I have very patchy connectivity are I move around here so I’m unable to dig further as like to - this site thinks they are suspicious and sadly, that’s my thoughts now too.

This looks really impressive. Watched videos about it, and now start thinking this should be a great kit for guides, but not sure for walking hunters as it is still quite bulky to carry around. Though it might be too effective - not much fun walking aroundI’m using the DJI Mavic 3T
