Just installed my cabinet - I’m pretty sure it’s ok but could do with a bit of reassurance/recommendations! Got my visit on the 12th

Bolted into masonry at 6 locations and doesn’t budge. Based on north northumberland

Just out of interest, how do you know it is visible from an outside window? Could be a room in the roof or basement

It can’t be seen from windows and is (as you can see) COVERED in crap lol but that’s a good idea for when they come

Yes I now know he has a cabinet in the corner of a room, of a house or flat, somewhere in Bamborough.
I think it’s pretty obvious that applies to almost any one of us on here - apart from the Bamborough bit, I’m pretty sure we’re not all from there

looks like a fairly standard cabinet to me. Don’t think he’s given away any information of real value to a potential thief.

If they are professional they know what to look for. Too much concern about information overcoming security. Gun cabinets arent Fort Knox. Tuck it away as best you can but don't think it will deter a proper crook.

as long as the officer can't get anything 'in behind' it like a crowbar or tool to pry it off the wall with, ie. it sits tight and nice and flush with the entire wall, they'll be happy with that.

Cool. Was going to grout/put some sealant round the edge - thought that may tidy it up and make it look even flusher!?
