Butcher for deer in surrey?

Does anyone know a butcher in Surrey who could professionally prepare a deer carcass for me? Looking for some mince for burgers and some joints etc

would be even better if they kept say (half?) and butchered the other half and no cash needs to change hands. Does anyone have a similar arrangement?

Do it your self plenty videos on line even on here its not rocket science and you can decide on type of meat eg mince or pie dice joints ect

I’m in Kent so far never paid more that £35 for Fallow on the odd occasion I haven’t time, none of my butchers will take them in the fur, thought and been told it was illegal?

Ah, I'm in Surrey, they have a separate area for carcass in the fur and yes you can't mix

If they’re making sausages and providing the extra ingredients and skins then that seems incredibly cheap.

I think £70 and vac packed cheap, I watched on line Scott Rae and others and now butcher and vac my own, it gives me great satisfaction you can experiment all types of joints try it don"t rely on others, good luck

East Sussex local to me is about £50 for a fallow to be cut and packaged, £70 if you want sausages and burgers from it.

One place nearer Eastbourne suggested if I brought two deer, then they would butcher one for me and keep the other to sell as payment.
