Would it more noisy than say ridgeline monsoon smock

Probably a 4. Not old skool crisp packet waterproof bad but enough for me to get rid. Never worn a Ridgeline Smock I'm afraid. I'm sure loads of people happy with them and I'm usually a big fan of Seeland kit. I just had a couple outings where I was after a fox and so felt super sensitive to noise. Probably fine in a high seat 100m from Deer...
