I saw a program on tv over 20 years ago about a husband and wife and there white English bull terrier, they were culling camels then for pet trade meat, he had figured out a method for freezing meat back then in tne middle of know-where. If I remember rightly it did not look a pleasant place to live but the man was an extremely good shot. Had an old open topped Land Rover.

He would have had a portable chiller some were semi trailers,the rabbit,roo,goat,pig trades all had them.
