A visit to my pals German gun shop

Yesterday I went to see how my modest work load was going with his two sons who both are Ferlach trained meisters aged 24 & 25 y/o. Just in passing they showed me a drilling barrel set they are making up of 3x rifled barrels in .500 NE, then another drilling set but all tubes are in a side by side configuration 3x rifled barrel setup the left & right were round tubes and the middle one was hexagonal all milled from the solid including the front and rear sight this was being done for a sheik via a Ferlach maker to finish off at a 150K end price. I also watched the one son doing a silver solder jointing of a chopper lump pair of shotgun barrels which is his speciality. The day went very fast they asked me if I wanted to start doing the threading for mods for them but my eyes will not allow that anymor. There is now a high speed wood copy milling unit for making left & right stocks using the middle one as the master. Next week a used CNC at a new price of 100K lathe is arriving with only 250 hours of use on it. The future looks good for them.
I managed to get 2K of Ginex LR rifle primers too as there was a big delivery to them yesterday.

Must be impressive, but:

Sheik must not be too keen to hit anything precise? How do you regulate a 3 barrel setup milled from one solid block...?

Also single trigger mechanism i.e. more show than original idea of double rifle?

Sorry the centre barrel only was fully milled out from a large diameter bought in rifled blank, the left & right barrels are normal? shotgun tubes soldered onto it it will get two ribs so will be an ugly old sod. I did not say it had a single trigger mechanism, I assume it will function as a normal drilling would. Does anyone want a photo of it as I will be back there next week to collect mine?

3 rifled barrel drilling of current production I found, featuring all barrels in same chambering and single trigger. Marketed for fast shooting in driven hunt. You did say sheik's gun was 3x rifled barrel so I made the assumption that single trigger is the way they (German 'smiths) make it. Now you said side barrels are for shot?

Now that I looked more, two other "rifle drillings" where front trigger is for upper barrels and rear for lower barrel.

Get some pictures next time you visit or better still a video 👍
I have no idea on posting videos and am too old to learn, I can do photos though.
The son that does the barrel work is still getting his contracts from Ferlach so he must have impressed them, just after the soldering the chopper lump barrels do look like so much scrap metal before the magic is breathed over them, a lot like the basic engineering I was taught back in 1966 at BSA.

I was at the shop today.
He had done a super job on removing the brake then shortening and threading my .270 DWM Mauser.
Here is the horizontal 3 barrel drilling set, the 3x .500 nitro express drilling bundle has gone off to Ferlach Austria already.
