I timed coming out of my gate to pulling in the field 15 seconds...around 20 mins to set up.
Yours looks very nice but not for me as the old saying "no place like home" does it for me.

However, having driven through it this summer, (Henry Krank's) on the way back from the Highlands, it was the grimmest place I could think of.
