Red grouse

I'm hoping to shoot a couple of red grouse in October
I'm looking for a really good taxidermist to stuff one of them I'm based in the North West recommendations welcome

Pop it in a pair of tights when you shoot it to protect the feathers and then freeze it whole (unless the taxidermist tells you different) but that was what I was told

I will have to see what's in the draw at home I don't normally wear them
