Under Siege in my house.

As i dislike beer feel its a good thing , now if they had a liking for a nice malt I'd be out there with a shovel or two of salt and let the buggers fizzz away lol.

Two strips of copper ribbon are said to work
Is that like boiling witches in molten lead?

OK, these are designed for shooting flies and the like, but a dose of salt would surely work on slugs. Great fun I would imagine, shooting all your slugs.:)
The most useless POS toy invented I have read of,barely good for more than 12"`s.

Bricklayers lime is a barrier they wont cross. Also put a inch ring around your tomato plants circa 10" in dia...no snails or slugs will ever cross it.

Be careful - I seem to recall that slugs are toxic to dogs. Mix up a solution of water and salt (road type) in a watering can then massacre the slimy scum!

Astro turf and plastic flowers problem sorted looks good all year just power wash the buggers away ?

I thank you for all the suggestions. Lots of salt spread along the base of the walls of the house and on the patio this evening. Now we shall see what we shall see. Loads of the buggers up the walls tonight but they have to come down sometime.
