Someone has started a petition to rescue a lonely sheep they reckon has been stranded at the bottom of a cliff along the Moray Firth’s East coast for 2 years.
It‘a in bad need of a shear.
Ken.

Definitely could do with shearing in spring

You could not make this stuff up, world has gone bonkers- Animal rights group are protesting to free the sheep from exploitation - they had 2 years to go and rescue the sheep if they had wanted too.

perhaps some deep isolation therapy is needed to gently re assimilate her back into society? Like chris here.

”take me to see chris Fiona, the unhappy sheep”

They r just jumping on the sheep wagon. Apparently Fiona has going into deep hiding from all this media attention, and hasn’t been on social media since!

It's a shame that these self appointed guardians of all things animal didn't have the intelligence to actually look at the Dalscone Farm Park. They would actually realise that the animals within are very well cared for and get a very comfortable (and long life). The team at Dalscone have an excellent reputation and are one of the more popular visitor attractions in Dumfries.
It's just a shame that we can't leave these idiots from Animal Rising on a distant beach and forget about them instead!

I heard on the news that they wanted the sheep handing over to some "sanctuary"! It sound to me like it's all these protesters/activists/animal rights campaigners that need putting into a sanctuary - Either that or sectioning! ;)
As Jon P said in #5 if they were that concerned why did they not try to do anything for the sheep a couple of years ago? I'll answer that for them - It would have meant that they would have needed to get their hands dirty and do a bit of work, and we couldn't have that happening, could we?:banghead:

As a person who has kept (and still does keep sheep) I know very well they always get out and seem determined to kill themselves. I dont see how a sheep can be lonely if its in very good health and clearly manages to live well on its hilltop.
I blame Johnny Morris for all this sentimental anthropomorphism. Its a sheep - people are dying in Ukraine etc etc all over the world and these clowns think its sensible to start this campaign. I agree with FB above what we really need is a commune for these types of 'huggies' away from the real world where they can fantasise about anything they want, without us all having to listen to it.

I reckon the poor old ewe is wishing she'd just been left alone to continue her peaceful existence at the bottom of the cliff where she's lived quite happily for the past couple of years!

Would need to aim a bit lower to compensate for the angle :norty: :thumb: :stir:
