Quick detach sling swivel

I’m sure I’ve seen a post about these somewhere but I couldn’t find it when I tried searching just now.

I’ve decided that after trying to carry my rifle muzzle up, I fitted a GRS stock with the rear stud in the side & it doesn’t work muzzle down, it simply isn’t going to work so I need a way to fit a stud underneath the rear of the stock.

I’d quite like to keep the ‘bag rider’ facility so not keen on simply drilling & fitting a normal stud. That got me to thinking about fitting a cup & using a QD swivel.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good quality - tried & tested, one in terms of brand & also where I might purchase one?

TIA 👍

Thanks K but I’m after ones that have a flush fitting cup that can be epoxy ‘glued & screwed’ into the woodwork. Those seem to be surface mounted only?

Get the Grovtec one with limited rotation and 9/16 outside thread. These are stainless.

I do like the look of them but would always be worried about accidental deployment of the eject button.

It's reasonably fiddly to do it when you want to let alone by accident.

I've had more of the screw type sling studs undo themselves than I'd like!
