Hi Andy,Hi Jim, iv got my DSC1 in March, and reading the online book now, where did you find the practice tests please, I'm concerned i won't retain the information needed over the four days.
Fantastic, Thank you i will look them up, well done on passing.Hi Andy,
I used DSCtraining.org | Online training for your DSC1 and paid £10 for the month. There’s another one which was recommended too, but the one I used was good because if I had a soo ok are few minutes I could focus on a particular area of run a mock test. I got my pass certificate in the post yesterday so very pleased.
I think there is a more “official” resource on the BDS website but I used the one at the link and found it very useful to practise every time I had a spare couple of minutes.Fantastic, Thank you i will look them up, well done on passing.
hiHello all,
Came across the site whilst searching for some info for a variation to my FAC and enjoyed the posts i read so thought i would join.
I grew up on a small farm so started out on Shotguns and Air rifles. Got my FAC over covid to shoot vermin with .17HMR and also have .223 Remington.
Accompanied a friend Deer Stalking a few times and decided that it is something i would like to do and have just submitted a variation so i can buy a new (secondhand) rifle i have just reserved in .30-06.
I hope to get some more opportunities local to me and maybe beyond. Booked onto my DSC1 in the spring.
Jim
