375 H&H in 416 Rem Mag magazine? (Blaser R93)

Forgive me if there is a more suitable place to post this.

I’m on the verge of scoring a 375 H&H Safari barrel for my R93, but the magazine insert is not included… I have a 416 Rem Mag barrel already, surely the 375 should work in the 416 magazine?

I'm still waiting for a confirmation but I have checked the dimension as I don't have a 375 round to check but it is essentially a slimmer version of the 416 and if anything should feed easier.

If you remove the magazine insert its usually written on the side what calibres that magazine is suitable for.

Yes and no. I've got multi mags. Som have just one, some have several including the barrel I bought. Very strange but probably to do with the timing of new calibre runs.

My 7mm rem mag insert also takes my 375 rounds not sure it will go up that high will dig out and have a look

Third picture .416 insert and barrel rounds feed and eject perfectly. Ammunition .375 PPU 300 grain soft point which I use for larger deer and competition shooting. ( just in case I cause any pedantry the feed test was conducted with a safe backstop, not the kitchen wall!)

When I still kept heavy hitters I found the 375 H&H and 416 REM MAG to be an excellent pair although all I ever killed with either were deer and big hunks or dirt .
