It is smaller than Dortmund and is mainly a sellers show rather than a trade only one as is IWA you know that anyway, we met at IWA last year. I will try to get there to get rid of some of the winter blues.

Hope to see you in Salzburg. We have not yet attended any "sellers shows" and don't know what to expect.... we will bring some goods. I think there will be a completely different clientele compared to IWA. It will be nice to have more end-user contact.

From my ca. 5 visits there going way back to 2002 there will be many leather trousered Tyrolean bum slappers and overdressed female gold diggers posing about.
If my 5 years of experience from helping out on the sFa dog tracking equipment stand at Dortmund is anything to go by the sales will get into a surge mode with the buyers trying to knock all the prices down on the final Sunday morning.
Will you be travelling with a vehicle via the German A8 or A3 autobahns or are you flying over?

We will be flying. Posting goods ahead to friends. Not sure if we fly Salzburg or Munich.

Salzburg is fun to land at as it is surrounded by mountains, I did it once round trip from Sweden the takeoff was unforgettable, Like Air Force 1 but on steroids.

yes, B2C show- but that will work well for you guys to increase brand awareness. and you are EU based so easy trading compared to us in the post-brexit-apocalytic era.

when are you starting win mod 70 inlets? if you want the big business from US, its a must. brownells has a buying office in germany - not a bad partner

Came back from Vegas on Sat eve. Flying out was a 28hr drag... back was a bit quicker.
This was only my second time at Shot, Peter's third time. Even so it felt quite homely and met plenty friends/hunters/business contacts from all over the world. Thankfully we have good friend at Hawkins Precision and used their booth to have meetings as well as converting the booth to Hawkins Bar after 4PM for friends to meet.

Coming in hot over London to catch our LA plane.
