BASC Wild Boar Course. Anyone done it?

Few on here have done it, myself included, found it a basic rounding of what I already had knowledge of, I would recommend it to anyone without actual Boar shooting experience.

I have only ever shot the one Boar - just thought it would be useful as part of one's self-development.

I hadn't realised they did one. Have now looked it up, by coincidence was on the phone to mates this morning about finally actually getting a boar trip arranged!

BASC milk this course really hard. It's very interesting, but could easily be done in a day.

I well remember asking a colleague about a course he had done at work.

"It was a good three day course, crammed into five days."

Did it and enjoyed it. Always good to know what the 'authorities' think you should know, even if you have experience.
Would be more impressed if BASC - or anyone else - actually set up the opportunity for practical training even at commercial rates

They should've just incorporated a wild boar module into the existing DSC1, instead of starting a new course.

I would estimate 50% of the SD members don’t know what that’s a picture of never mind what would you use it for and is it affected by low Wi-Fi speeds

I've done it ! Found it worthwhile , possible they might be using some of my pictures from Romania on the ID bit now sure it was only a day tho ? or maybe 2 max
