Assuming you’re referring to the T-Ceptor Pro you get a choice of a range of mounts at extra, various price points…. fair play to Clive for providing a choice but they’re manufactured by Pulsar, Rusan and Innomount.I personally use 2 pard 007v’s and clive wards T Ceptor never had a problem with any of them and they both work perfectly one is cheapo and the other not so so it proves it can be done at a decent price across a range
What NV needs is a reasonable priced NV that works, with no special bits, good clarity and quality fittings and core
Just me but I find it a bitter pill when you have concerns after you’ve paid your money for something then new complaints roll in on its faults, the worst bit is when the manufacturer hasn’t really sorted the already known problems
The first Zulus came with the 35MOA mount, however, if you look around you can get them supplied with 0MOA mounts instead depending on your rifle’s standard mount… eg it appears that different air rifles have different MOAs built in at manufacture.
But, in response to suggestions from reviewers and early users…
Arken have updated the firmware with improvements and have rapidly given users an aftermarket choice of 0 and 35 MOA mounts available in short, long and dovetail.
Digital Scope Rigid Precision Mounts. There’s also the option of a 940nm IR module.
I’m really impressed by the speed at which they reacted…. I’d have like to see a 20MOA option but I guess you can’t have everything… a bit of shim is no hardship.
Another positive is that Arken are also bringing out a 3-12 version for those wanting a wider fov at shorter range eg on rats. The range finder will also range closer than the 5-20 scope.
I can’t think of any other manufacturer that’s reacted like that
Get the ballistics right in the app and it’s a lot of scope for the money.
Cheers,
