DSC1 section retake near Ox/Bucks

Hi all,

Yes I managed to fail a section.. It quite easily was the easiest section as well.

Any advice on how I would go about booking to retake the section and any tips for location are welcomed.

Which section was it that you need to retake and advice will be easier

It was Paul I did my DSC1 with, I'll give him a shout.

It was the safety section and it was my fault for not revisiting the section. It's not complicated but I didn't refresh myself prior to the day so mucked it up.

Give us a call. As an assessor I can do one anytime not just on an assessment day. I just need to find out from DMQ which questions you had and get a different set from them.

You are not alone. I have many that come and we look at the basic questions. Then I say lets go over the safety questions and I get that blank look. What safety questions I hear some ask. I always make sure that folk look at the safety questions the day before. Yes I know that we should all be safety aware, but it is making sure it is as the test wants. Pay heed those still to do the Level 1. J

Yep wise words... It could have been a clean sweep if I'd just revisited that part.
Had looked at it early when getting the book and thought, oh yeah that's just common sense
