Winner of the Keith Robinson Memorial Level One course

As you all are aware, I decided to give away one place over and above our normal places on a Level One course. This is in the name of our recently departed member and friend Keith Robinson.
The site will pay the extra £300 for a member to choose a course nearby and hopefully attain their DSC Level One.

Having drawn the name out of a hat, I am happy to report that the member Walked Up is the winner.
A PM has been sent to advise him.

Thank you, everyone that put their name forward.

Thank you Malcom, it is a privilege to have won the draw in honour of Keith’s memory, hopefully I will be in a position to pass this leg up on to another young stalker one day when I’m a little more experienced. I may be a little over excited but I have been badgering BASC today and have completed their four mock exams…Deer Stalking Certificate (DSC1)

I knew more than I thought I did (9/10, 10/10, 19/20 & 10/10) as almost all my deer knowledge comes from voraciously reading SD posts on every matter under the sun, but feel that inevitably this beginner’s luck will run out and when I face the real questions!

Only met Keith once showing him round some ground he seemed a super guy waiting to recover from surgeries and get back out there. Shocked to hear he died a few week later 😟

Course booked with BASC, site has now paid for the course.
Good luck with it, I'm sure you will sail through it.

We will be announcing a further 5 FREE places on a DSC1 course later next year. These will be in Keith Robinson's name.
