Wanted: LARGE MUSTERLANDER

I have only come across one of these in the shooting field and it was aggressive to other dogs. Not just unsociable. This dog wanted to hurt other dogs. 3 times I heard the woman owner say that he had never done that before. 🤬

Contact your local HPR club.
But before you do….you need to consider long and hard why a minority breed is the only one that suits your personal circumstances and how you’re going to deal with it if it doesn’t.

I have a Munster, 3rd one.

This one can be protective of “her kill” and its territory but is very sociable.

All of them, when greeting, have mouthed ones hand, it is not uncommon trait in the breed.

I have found that they all have been dominant in any pack.

Try Raycris, they breed and tend to know what litters are about.

I’ve got 3 - latest is 4 months old. Lovely breed and do everything I want of them. One as a deer dog, one as a bird dog and the pup is to come on as a bird dog. Happy to exchange pm’s

I had one quite a few years ago. Fell in love with them as soon as I saw one. Not a bad bone in its body. Getting him just right at 18 months old, then some barsteward stole him from my Kennel. Took my 18 month old lab too. Would love to have another but it might outlast me these days!...J
