Hi Folks - done some research, not much that I could see including on ChatGBT! Can you keep me right please?

I’ve got a Tikka T3x CTR .308 stainless 20 inch barrel. Twice fired Sako brass. Does this load sound reasonable?

Start at 40.5 grains, then 0.5 grain increments to end on 43.5 grains?

Thanks
Alex

Depends where you came up with that data. If you are guessing, you're on your own. If it came from Vhit, why are you asking anybody else? ~Muir

Thanks Muir, somewhat predicted, I’ve uploaded latest data download in my Vit app and there’s hee haw on the CX so yes guesswork is my current realm. Some qualitative studies in the 110 TTSX. Hence the question.

Barnes TSX data. Both copper bullet weighing the same amount. What is the problem with that?? ~Muir

Just an update to this thread as a FYI. I’ve been using 43.5 grains of N133 with the Hornady CX 110’s. That gives me 3093 fps out my 20inch Tikka T3x CTR .308. Terminal ballistics are the best I’ve seen in any non-lead I’ve used / tried to date (enough dead animals to take a view). Accuracy is good - 15 shot group using dot rails gives just over 1 inch in my rifle/capabilities.

No pressure and taking those groups are at 100 or greater ? Just carry on shooting the thig !

No pressure signs. No scope jump so good sight visuals on impact / followthrough. Yup, 100 meters zero.
